Terms for the website, while it is still only a website.
There is no product to buy yet, so these terms are short and cover what they can: reading this site and joining the list.

Scope
What these terms are, and what they are not
These terms are between you and [TODO: registered company name], [TODO: registered address] (registration number [TODO: company registration number]), and they govern your use of https://eflios.com and the waiting list on it. Using the site means you accept them.
They are not the terms for the Eflios product. Accounts are not open, nothing is for sale here, and no service is being provided to you. When accounts do open, a separate service agreement and a data processing agreement will govern the product, and neither will be replaced by this page.
What this site is
Published to be judged, not to be relied on
- Descriptions
- the product is under development. What is described here may change, slip, or be dropped before launch.
- Prices
- the published prices are indicative and may change before anything is for sale. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract.
- Availability
- we do not promise the site is available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
- Third-party links
- pages we link to are not ours, and we are not responsible for what is on them.
The waiting list
Joining is not a contract, in either direction
It is a way to be told when accounts open, and nothing more than that.
- No guarantee
- a place on the list does not guarantee access, a price, an invitation, or a date. We may open in whatever order makes sense.
- No obligation
- you owe us nothing for joining, and you can leave at any time by emailing us.
- What we send
- one message when accounts open. If we ever want to send anything else, we will ask first.
- Accurate details
- use an address that is yours. We may remove an entry that looks automated or abusive.
What happens to the address itself is in the privacy policy.
Using the site
The ordinary limits
Read it, share it, quote it. Do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to do something unlawful.
The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors. Quoting with attribution is fine; republishing it as your own is not. Product and company names belonging to other organizations are referred to for identification only, and their owners keep their rights in them.
Liability
What we are and are not responsible for
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from decisions taken on the strength of what is described here before the product exists.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited – including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes and law
Housekeeping
We may update these terms; the date at the top is when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
They are governed by the law of [TODO: governing law, e.g. Lithuania], and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
